Our award winning 4« self catering Cotswold holiday cottages are situated in a secluded courtyard setting in the peaceful gardens of a 16th century manor house in the picturesque village of Broadway.  The cottages are furnished and decorated to a very high standard and are fully equipped for your holiday needs providing an ideal location for relaxing, unwinding and exploring The Cotswolds.

Willow Cottage, Cotswold stone holiday cottage, Broadway

Willow Cottage is a semi-detached Cotswold holiday cottage situated in a courtyard in the extensive grounds of The Manor House.

 

Accommodation : Front door to entrance hall with downstairs cloakroom (with wc and basin) and stairs to first floor.  Fully-equipped pine kitchen/diner with breakfast table and chairs for 4 guests.  Spacious sitting room with large leather corner sofa, separate armchair and French doors to courtyard. First floor: Double bedroom with antique wood canopied four-poster bed. Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds, family bathroom with bath, over-bath power shower, wc and basin.

 

Features : Gas central heating, four-poster bed, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric fan oven, microwave, stone fireplace with electric coal effect stove fire in sitting room, digital 32" flatscreen Freeview TV (with Teletext and subtitles), DVD and radio/CD player, free WiFi access, shared laundry, linen and towels included with beds made up with crisp white linen on arrival, parking and shared garden and tennis court within extensive grounds.

Corner Cottage, is situated in the corner of the secluded courtyard between Willow Cottage and Sheldon Cottage.

 

Accommodation :Entrance into spacious fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast table and chairs for 4 guests.  Stairs to first floor. Large sitting/dining room with oak extending dining table and chairs for 4, comfy 3 seater leather sofa and leather armchair, stone fireplace. First floor:  Large main bedroom with superking (6ft) bed or 2 twin beds. Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds, family bathroom with bath, over-bath power shower, wc and basin.

 

Features  : Gas central heating, four-poster bed, gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, stone fireplace with electric coal effect stove fire in sitting/dining room, digital TV with Freeview (with Teletext and subtitles), DVD and radio/CD player, free WiFi access, selection of children's games, shared laundry, linen and towels included with beds made up on arrival, parking and shared garden and tennis court within extensive grounds.

Romantic Cotswold stone holiday cottage, Sheldon Cottage, Broadway, The Cotswolds

Sheldon Cottage is a semi-detached Cotswold holiday cottage situated in the courtyard.

 

Accommodation :  Ground floor:  Entrance into large living room.  Fully-equipped kitchen area, dining table and chairs, large leather sofa and separate armchair.  French doors to private terrace. Spiral staircase to first floor.  Galleried bedroom with ironwork four-poster double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, over-bath power shower, wc and basin.

 

Features : Gas central heating, four-poster bed, gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, stone fireplace with electric coal effect stove fire, digital 32" flatscreen TV with 'energy saving' Freeview (with Teletext and subtitles), DVD and radio/CD player, shared laundry, linen and towels included with bed made up with crisp white linen on arrival, parking and shared garden and tennis court within extensive grounds.

Each self catering Cotswold holiday cottage is let all year round on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday).  Short breaks may also be available. The Laundry Room (equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and freezer) is shared with guests staying at nearby Rafters.

The centre of the picturesque village of Broadway is just a few minutes walk along a nearby footpath.  The cottages are ideally located for those wishing to explore the surrounding area on foot; The Cotswold Way National Trail crosses our adjacent field and a number of public footpaths are located a short walk from the cottages.
