1, The Willows is a semi-detached Cotswold holiday cottage situated in a courtyard in the extensive grounds of The Manor House.

 

Accommodation : Front door to entrance hall with downstairs cloakroom (with wc and basin) and stairs to first floor.  Fully-equipped pine kitchen/diner with breakfast table and chairs for 4 guests.  Spacious sitting room with large leather corner sofa, separate armchair and French doors to courtyard. First floor: Double bedroom with antique wood canopied four-poster bed. Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds, family bathroom with bath, over-bath power shower, wc and basin.

 

Features : Gas central heating, four-poster bed, gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave with grill, stone fireplace with electric coal effect stove fire in sitting room, digital Freeview TV, DVD and radio/ CD player, free WiFi access, shared laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, linen and towels included with beds made up with crisp white linen on arrival, parking and shared garden and hard tennis court within extensive grounds.

2, The Willows is situated in the corner of the secluded courtyard.  This Cotswold holiday cottage has a shared entrance hallway with its own front door.

 

Accommodation :Entrance into spacious fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast table and chairs for 4 guests.  Stairs to first floor. Large sitting/dining room with oak extending dining table and chairs for 4, comfy 3 seater leather sofa and leather armchair, stone fireplace. First floor:  Large double bedroom with white painted ironwork four-poster bed. Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds, family bathroom with bath, over-bath power shower, wc and basin.

Spiral staircase to first floor.  Galleried bedroom with ironwork four-poster double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, over-bath power shower, wc and basin.

Welcome Host Broadway Manor CottagesEach self catering Cotswold cottage at The Willows is let all year round on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday).  Short breaks may also be available. 

The Laundry Room (equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and freezer) is shared with guests staying at nearby Rafters. 

A highchair is available for hire and babysitting services are available (subject to availability and by prior arrangement).  See our photo gallery for photos of the cottages and surrounding area.

The centre of the picturesque village of Broadway is just a few minutes walk along a nearby footpath.  The cottages are ideally located for those wishing to explore the surrounding area on foot; The Cotswold Way National Trail crosses our adjacent field and a number of public footpaths are located a short walk from the cottages.

The Willows are successful members of VisitBritain's Green Start programme and are awaiting grading by the Green Tourism Business Scheme. (see our Environmental Policy and Visitors' Charter).
