The
Stables is a delightful appointed 2 bedroom luxury ground floor Cotswold
holiday cottage on a quiet
rural lane in the village of Broadway which very comfortably
accommodates 3 guests. Originally a
stable block serving The Manor House, the cottage has recently been
totally refurbished, modernised, decorated and equipped to a very high standard.
This luxury cottage has lovely views across
undulating fields towards the Cotswold hills. The centre of the picturesque village of
Broadway
is just a few minutes walk along a nearby footpath. The
cottage is ideally located for those wishing to explore the surrounding
area on foot: The Cotswold Way National Trail crosses a nearby field and a number of public footpaths are located a short walk
from the cottage.
Accommodation : Stable door into main entrance hall.
Vaulted sitting/dining room with large leather sofa, separate armchair
and dining table with seating for 4 guests opening into fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious
main bedroom with superking 6' bed or two 3' singles if preferred,
en-suite bathroom with over-bath power shower, wc and basin, further
bedroom with single 3' bed. Shower room with corner power shower,
wc and basin. Linen and towels included with beds made up with crisp
white linen on arrival.
Features : Gas central heating, electric hob,
electric fan oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher,
freezer, gas fire in sitting/dining room, digital Freeview TV, DVD and
radio/CD player with iPod dock. Private screened garden with
arbour and garden chairs. Gated entrance with private driveway.
Guests may use the tennis court in the grounds of the adjacent Manor
House.
The cottage
is let on a weekly basis (Fri to Fri) or for short breaks (Fri - Mon and
Mon - Fri).
